Empowering Students.

Guiding Schools. Strengthening Communities.

Why Schools Need This Program

Schools today face increasing challenges: rising mental health concerns, low student engagement, and the need to create environments where every student feels seen, heard, and empowered. Our program provides structure and consistency across the school year, offering more than just a motivational boost — it delivers lasting change. By focusing on wellbeing, identity, purpose and leadership, we help students thrive while strengthening the entire school community.

Program Structure

• Per Term – Delivered in two 5-week blocks (10 weeks total).

• Full Year Program – Includes all 3 terms (30 weeks). Provides consistency, deeper student impact, and stronger outcomes.

• Group Size – Maximum of 15 students per group. We find that with more than 15, it becomes harder to build the trust and individual connection that makes this program impactful. Additional groups can be added at the same rate.

What We Do

• Identity – Students explore who they are, what they value, and what they face.

• Wellbeing – Safe spaces to talk openly about school, home, and mental health.

• Confidence – Activities and games that build resilience, leadership, and self-belief.

• Clarity – Students set goals and create real plans for their future.

• Student Voice – (Predominately for high school) students record a podcast where they share their challenges and ideas for change. The finished podcast is presented to staff with the option of presenting it to the whole school.

• Haka Workshops – Students learn the haka, its meaning, and how to lead it — building trust, connection, confidence, and leadership.

• 360° Support – We engage students, staff, and families to ensure the support extends beyond the classroom.

• Reports & Support – After each session, schools receive a report on student progress and how the workshop went. In addition, we provide access to a psychiatrist if we believe students need extra professional help.

Why It Matters

• Students leave with confidence, clarity, purpose and empowerment.

• Staff gain real insight and tools to better support growth.

• Parents feel more connected and engaged.

• Schools build stronger culture, direction, and empowered voices.

• The per-term option offers flexibility, while the yearly package ensures continuity, deeper growth, and long-lasting transformation
