International Athlete, Mentor, and Founder of Talk Your Walk Foundation
For over 12 years, I had the privilege of living my dream as a professional rugby league player, competing in the NRL, Super League, and representing Toa Samoa on the international stage. Rugby has taken me across the world, but the greatest lessons weren’t just learned on the field—they came from the struggles, setbacks, and moments of doubt that shaped who I am today.
As Jim Rohn once said, “Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines practiced every day.” This has been a guiding principle in my journey, both on and off the field. It’s about showing up, staying disciplined, and never giving up—even when the odds feel stacked against you.
I’m deeply proud of my Samoan heritage. My culture has always been the anchor that reminds me of the importance of family, respect, and service to others. It has shaped the way I approach life—with humility, strength, and a deep passion for helping others find their purpose.
Through Talk Your Walk Foundation, I share my story and the values I’ve learned from rugby and my culture to empower others. Whether it’s youth finding their path, individuals battling mental health challenges, or communities coming together, my mission is to inspire hope, build resilience, and create safe spaces for growth.
I believe that no matter where you start or what you’ve been through, life’s toughest moments can shape your greatest comebacks. Together, we can run life’s hardest plays with courage, kindness, and the belief that nothing is impossible. Your best days are still ahead.
